ScienceTraining compares the planned workout with the activity that was actually completed and uploaded by an athlete; and gives you insights regarding this comparison, with color coding, for convenience.
Red color: A red colored workout means that the completed activity is totally different from the planned activity for that session. For example, the planned activity might be running, but the completed activity was swimming.
Orange color: An orange colored workout means that the planned activity versus the completed one is on the same type of sport (e.g. planned running - completed running), but there’s a deviation in the duration or the distance covered. If the deviation is >20% between the planned and the completed activity, the activity is framed in orange border.
Green color: A green colored workout means that the planned activity versus the completed activity was on the same type of sport and the distance or duration deviation (if any) was lower than 20%.
Blue color: A blue colored activity means there wasn’t any planned activity for the specific day. The completed workout is defined as an unplanned workout.
Grey color: A grey colored activity means an activity that is meant to be done at a future date
NOTE: Comparisons for color coding are based on the duration, distance and type of the sport, at this moment. More holistic comparisons will be available at a later time.
