Sometimes, a payment for a subscription renewal may fail, because your funding source (credit, debit or prepaid card) requires authentication before it can let us charge you with the subscription fee. To solve this issue, just follow these steps.
Login to your ScienceTraining account.
Once you see your dashboard, click on the “SETTINGS” button on the top right side of your screen
Under SETTINGS, select the “ACCOUNT” tab and then click on the “Pay now” link
Stripe, our payment gateway, will prompt you to Authenticate your funding source, through a popup window. If you’ve already made a previous payment for your subscription with this specific funding source, you won’t need to retype any information. All you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authentication process.
Wait a few seconds, and you should see your subscription status turn green, reading “Active”.
That’s it! You should be ready to go!
