The date your subscription expires, we will automatically attempt the payment, using the payment method you’ve selected. It will either be successfully completed or not, depending on your card’s settings. 

If the subscription payment attempt fails, your subscription status is set to overdue and you have a 5-day leeway to proceed with your subscription payment manually, following the steps below. 

1. Go to your Account 

Navigate to Settings > Account and click on Pay now, next to your subscription status, which has been set to Overdue [Fig.1] 


2. Complete the payment authentication

On the popup window, verify your identity with a push notification, a text message or any other method, as indicated by your bank.

Click on Complete Authentication and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authentication process [Fig.2].
