If you’re on the Free Plan, you can only train one athlete. If you want to increase the number of athletes you can train, you need to upgrade to the Pro plan.
For Pro Plan subscribers, the maximum number of the athletes you can coach with ScienceTraining is equal to your subscription capacity.
If you attempt to invite a number of athletes that is greater than the one you have selected in our subscription, you will get a message indicating that you’ve reached your maximum limit of athletes, effectively preventing you from doing so. To change that, you need to increase your subscription’s capacity:
Increasing the maximum number of athletes you are able to coach
To increase the max number of athletes you can coach, navigate to Settings > Account and click on Modify Plan.
Click on the plus(+) button next to your athletes and increase your subscription capacity [Fig.1].
Fig.1
At the left-hand side section you see the changes in your billing information, such as the total capacity and the extra cost you’ll be charged with. Your Pro Rata balance will be applied first.
When you’re done with the changes, just click on Pay now to complete your payment [Fig.2].
Fig.2
So, as you’ll notice, as long as your Pro Rata balance* is greater or equal to the extra amount you’ll be charged with ($0.99 per athlete, per month or $9.9 per athlete, per year) you won’t see the Pay now prompt. And that means that your balance available from a previous subscription change is available for you to use it up.
Decreasing the maximum number of athletes you can coach
To decrease the maximum number of athletes you can coach, navigate to Settings > Invitations, hover your mouse over the athletes you want to remove and click on Delete.
Once the total number of athletes on this list matches with the one you want to train from now on, navigate to Settings > Account and follow the same process described above, only, this time, to delete athletes. Once you’ve decreased the maximum number of athletes you can coach (the Capacity of your Subscription Plan) you’ll see your Pro Rata balance increase. This amount is prorated back to your account and will be available for you to use in a future transaction.
