Adding existing workouts to your Athlete's Calendar


Step 1: From the Calendar tab select an athlete from either one of the two drop down options. 

 



Step 2: Click on the "Library icon"



Step 3: Select the sport you want to add a workout for (e.g. running).



Step 4: All workouts will appear - those you've custom created yourself, along with the prebuilt EndoGusto workouts.



Step 5: Drag n' Drop the workout of your choice to the preferred date.



Step 6: Click on the workout to add specific comments for your athlete or "View workout" and make any edits if needed.



Step 7: Click “Save Workout” and you're done!



If you prefer not to use the Drag & Drop feature, you can simply click on a preset workout from the library list. This will open a pop-up window displaying the workout details.

In this window, you can select the desired date. Then, click "Save Workout" to add it to your athlete’s calendar.



NOTE: EndoGusto will automatically update the workout to the specific athlete's zones. When you're done just press "Save Workout".
