From an athlete's calendar page, you can save a series of workouts that have already been scheduled as an entire Training Plan that you can save to your Library to be used again for any of your athletes. This way you can make the most out of the work you have already done.  


Step 1: Go to the athlete’s calendar




Quickly and easily create your athlete's training plan using the workout library directly from your athlete's calendar. Use the drag n' drop function and easily complete the training plan. The workouts automatically adjust to the athlete's zones.



Step 2: Click on "New library plan"


Once the training plan is ready go, click on the three dots and click "New library plan"

 


Step 3: Select the range of workouts


Select the start and end date of the workouts you want to copy to a New Library Plan. Once you’re ready click on “Continue”.



Step 4: Save your Training Plan


Give a Title to your new training plan and add any Notes if needed. 

Then click "Save plan" and your Training Plan is ready to use!



Note: Before you Save your Training Plan, you can edit, move, or delete the workouts directly on the preview calendar on the right side. 




Edit a training plan directly in the Plan Library


If you need to edit an existing Training Plan click on "Library" and then click on "Training Plan Library"




Choose the Training Plan you want to edit and click on "Edit plan".



When you finish with your edits don't forget to click on "Save Plan".
