Before we start, we should remind you that one of the quickest ways to create a Training Plan is by saving an existing training plan you have already created for one of your athletes. Read more here.



Create a new training plan, directly in the Training Plan Library


You can create a new training plan from scratch and save it in your Training Plan Library to use it at any time for any of your athletes.


Step 1: Navigating to "Create new training plan"


Click on “Library”, then on “Training Plan Library” and finally on “Create a new training plan”.



Step 2: Create a series of workouts, for as many weeks as you need.

Click the plus + sign to get started.



Follow the steps exactly the way you would when adding a workout to your athletes’ calendars.


Assign workouts you create from scratch or import pre-built workouts from your Library.


To assign a workout to your Training Plan, click "Save to plan".


To add a week, click on "Add week". NOTE: Οnce you've add at least one workout for the first week you’ll be able to add workouts on the week that follows. To do so just click on the “Add week 

 


Hover your cursor over the scheduled workouts to see the name of the workout you have created or added from your Library.



Step 3: Save your Training plan 


Fill in the name of the Training plan in the “Title field and add any “Notes” if needed and then click on “Save plan”.



All your Training Plans will appear at the "Training Plan Library"



If you want to edit or remove a Training plan from your Library click on the Training plan and choose select either "Delete this plan" or "Edit Plan" if you want to make some changes.
