Now you can accept and manage payments from your athletes with ease and security within your EndoGusto business owner account. Please note, you will need a Stripe Account to accept payments online.
Step 1: Go to the “Payments” tab
Log in to your EndoGusto coach account and click the “Payment” tab, at the top of your screen.
NOTE: To accept online payments through Stripe, you have to connect your Stripe account.
Step 2: Create a new plan or fee
After setting up your Stripe account, go back to the Payments screen and select “Plans” to create flexible payment plans tailored to your running club’s needs.
Click the “Create new plan" or "Create new fee” button.
- Choose the “Create New Plan” option if you want to assign recurring fees to your athletes, e.g., a monthly training plan or an annual training subscription. Fill in the fields (the ones with a red asterisk are mandatory), and click “Save new plan”.
- Choose the “Create New Fee” option if you want to charge events that happen once or without a specific frequency, e.g., a pre-training test or a consulting session. Fill in the fields (the ones with a red asterisk are mandatory), and click “Save new fee”.
Step 3: Apply plans or fees to athletes
Select the plan or fee you want and click on "Subscribers".
Then click on "Apply to athlete"
Select the athletes you want to assign the plan to and click “Continue”.
Step 4: Set payment start date(s)
In the window that appears on your screen, set the athletes’ first payment due date, and click “Apply plan”. Your assigned athletes will be notified via email and in their EndoGusto athlete account.
Step 5: View payments history and status
To have an overview of your payments, click on the “Payments” tab.
Here, you'll see all the athletes that are assigned to a fee or plan and the status of the payments. You can search for a particular athlete as well to see just that particular athlete's payment status.
To see the payment history and status per plan, click on "Plans", then "Subscribers". You can click on each athlete's name to see a detail of payments for the plan selected.
Step 6: Rename Plan
You can rename the title of your Plan by clicking the "Rename Plan" button.
Step 7: Add a manual payment
To add a manual payment, go to the “Payments” page, choose the athlete you want and click “Add manual payment” button.
Fill in the required fields and click “Add payment”.
That was it! You have just successfully set up your own online payment system within your EndoGusto business account.
