To keep track of the readjustments you make on your athletes’ workouts, click on the “Athletes’ list” at the top left hand side of your screen and select the athlete you want to make the readjustment for, by clicking on their name. 

Then, click on the workout you want to readjust and click on the “View Details” button to edit that workout. Make the required changes and, when you’re done, select the “Readjustment” option (which will turn green, when active) and, finally, save your updates by clicking on the “Update Workout” button.

To see all the Readjustments you’ve made so far, go to your athlete’s Profile. There, at the bottom of your screen, you’ll see the Readjustments log.


NOTE: At the “Athletes dropdown list” you’ll see the names of the athletes you’ve been connected to. You may also use it as a search tool.


  1. Select the athlete you want to make the workout readjustment for


  2.  Click on the workout you want to readjust and then click on “View Details”, to open the workout section

  3. Make the readjustments and save your updated workout. 
    Make any changes you need, select the “Readjustment” option and click on “Update Workout” to save your changes.

  5. View your athlete’s workout Readjustments
    Go to your athlete’s Profile, from the left hand sidebar. There, at the bottom of your screen  you’ll see all the readjustments you’ve made, so far.
