To copy a workout session to another day, click on the workout you want to copy and then click on the “Copy icon” at the bottom side of the window that pops up. You have now copied that workout session. You can go to the day you want to paste the copied workout, click on the “three dots” icon at the top right hand side of the date cell and click on “Paste”.


Copying and pasting a scheduled workout session to another date

  1. Click on the workout you want to copy.

  2. On the workout window that shows up, click on the “Copy icon” (next to the “View details” button) and close that window.

  3. Select the day you want to copy the workout session at, and click on “Paste”.
    To do so, navigate through dates, until you’ve found the one you want. Click on the 
    “three dots” icon at the top right hand side of the date cell, and then click on “Paste”.


  4. The workout has been Copied successfully.


Copying and pasting a scheduled workout session onto another’s athlete’s calendar

To copy a workout session onto another athlete’s calendar, click on the workout you want to copy and then on the “Copy icon”.  At the left hand side of your screen, click on the “Athletes’ dropdown list” and select an athlete by clicking on their name. Then go to the date you want to make the copy of the workout at, click on the “three dots” icon at the right of the date and then “Paste”.
NOTE: On the “Athletes dropdown list”, you’ll only see the names of the athletes you have been connected to; and you may also use it as a search tool.  


  1. Select the workout session you want to copy.
  2. Click on the “Copy icon”.
  3. Click on the “Athletes’ dropdown list” and select an athlete.
  4. Select the day you want to copy the workout session at, and click “Paste”.
  5. The workout has been copied successfully.

    NOTE: The copied workout will be automatically adapted to the new athlete's training zones.
