In shaping personalized training plans for your athletes, you can create weekly microcycles, tailor-made for each one of your athletes, by specifying intensity distribution and other parameters. Once you’ve done so, you may use these microcyles as training units, to build training goals for the upcoming weeks.  


Step 1

Select your athlete:

Click on their “Calendar”, on the left hand sidebar:

At the right side of the calendar click on the “Set Goals” of the week you want to create this microcycle on (you may need to navigate through their calendar, in order to find the week you need).



Step 4

Fill in the following parameters and build up your goal: 


A. Total workout time for the current week that builds up your mesocycle  

B. Select a goal name from the drop-down list or add a new one (optional step).

C. Choose a label (build, base, taper etc.) You may find more information here

D. Define the percentage (%) of the total workout duration for each one of the sports (running, strength, cycling, swimming). Running and strength are preselected for you to edit them; If you want to set parameters for any of the other sports, you may click on the “Select sport” button at the bottom left side of the window. 


E. Define the intensity distribution (per zone) for each one of your sports. Make sure the total distribution sum is 100%.  

    

    

Step 5

At the bottom right side of the window, you may optionally apply this workout plan to be repeated for as many of the following weeks as you need, and build up your mesocycle.


Step 6

Click on “Save” to save your preferences. 



Once you’ve saved your preferences, you’ll see a summary of the values you have set (week label, workout duration per sport and per zone). All of these values are being automatically calculated, based on the rates you’ve set. This way, you’ll be able to see all the information you need, live. In particular, you’ll be able to see the total workout hours, the intensity and the time allotted per sport and per zone. And, thus, you’ll have a good grasp of your athlete’s workout program at a glance. 


Modify Goal 

Note here that you may modify this macrocycle, as many times as you need. To do so, just click on the “Modify” link on the weekly summary section, at the right side of your calendar.
