With ScienceTraining, you’re not only able to save a workout as a pre-built library workout, the moment you create it. It also allows you to get back to the ones you have already created and save them as such at a later time. 

The steps to do this are the following:

Step 1: Open up a workout

Find the preferred workout on your athlete’s calendar, click on it and then Click on View Details. [Fig. 1]

Step 2: Click on “Save to my library”

At the top left-hand side of the workout window, click on Save to Library and save this workout to reuse it later. [Fig. 2]
