1.Go to your athlete’s profile using the Athletes’ drop down list, at the top left-hand side of your screen. [Fig.1]

2. Find the preferred workout on their Calendar, click on it and then click on View Details. [Fig.2]

3. On the workout pop-up window, make the modifications you need and then click on Save to Library. [Fig.3]

This way, the changes will be applied only to the workout version saved as a preset to your library.  

NOTE: If you want to save these modifications to this instance of the workout, on your athlete’s calendar, you’ll also need to click on Update Workout.
