Step 1: Open the library and select the workout

Click on the (1) Library at the top right-hand corner of your screen and use the search tool to find the workout you need, in seconds. Select the (2) sports category and filter by (3) custom workouts. [Fig.1]

Click on the workout you want to edit.

NOTE: You’re only able to update the custom workouts you have created, but none of the pre-built workouts we have created for you. 

Step 2: Edit the workout

Make any modifications you need (adjust the relevant parameters, rename the workout if needed, etc.) [Fig. 2]

Step 3: Save the changes on the workout

Click on Update workout.
