You can add a rest day event to your athletes’ calendar(or your own) as a reminder for them to give themselves some time to recuperate from their recent workouts. Though athletes may add (or move) a workout added on a day containing a rest day event, they cannot add or remove rest day events. Rest day events are editable only by the coach.

Then, select the desired date and click OK.

  2. Click on the plus button on a specific day and then on the popup window click on the rest day event icon (couch)

NOTE :When you use the dynamic plan functionality the rest day events you have added to your athletes’ calendars will be visible (or not) exactly the way scheduled workouts are. That is to say your athlete will be able to view the part of your calendar you have set as visible regardless of whether it contains workouts or rest day events.
