On your Dashboard screen, you’ll find all the information you need regarding your athletes’ performance and your coaching progress. You can view the list of the athletes you are currently coaching, on a board filled with useful summarized information, crucial for your decision-making process. In particular, you can decide as to where to focus next, based on your athletes’ latest workout actions, their condition and the interaction you’ve had with them.
Here are the types of information you get and the actions you can take to guide your coaching:
Sort your Athletes’ list, based on specific criteria
You can sort your Athletes’ list by Name or Age (ascending or descending), to easily find the Athlete(s) you need to focus on. In the same fashion, you may sort your Athletes by Date of last communication, Upcoming race date, Last scheduled workout date or Subscription end date.
This way, you’ll always manage to set priorities as to where you need to focus first. And, as expected, you won’t miss any crucial detail or neglect to interact with your athletes for a long time, by mistake.
Get a glimpse of your athletes’ latest workout progress
You can get an overview of your athletes’ latest training sessions. As such, you can get a glimpse of your athletes’ activity progress, in terms of performance, with color coded visual cues.
Red: the activity needs your immediate attention, as it wasn’t performed as planned
Orange: there was a near 20% deviation from the original plan
Green: the activity was completed very close to what was originally planned
Blue: the completed workout was not scheduled for that date
Grey: it’s an activity to be completed at a future date
You may find additional information regarding the color coding for the workouts, here
Have a quick look at your athlete’s condition
If you click on an athlete’s name, you’ll get an overview of their performance state (form, fatigue, fitness and readiness values)
You can learn more about these values here
View the latest Activities feed
At the bottom left side of the screen, you’ll find a section with your athletes’ latest activities. There, you’ll see information such as the Date performed, distance covered, duration of training session, along with stress values.
Add short to-do notes
While you’re reviewing your athletes’ performance, you may need to add some short reminders that will help you in your coaching management. You may do so, using the respective section at the bottom left hand side of your screen.
