You can use a saved workout from the library, directly on an athlete’s calendar. The workout will be automatically adjusted to the athlete’s training zones.

Steps, in brief:

  1. On the Athlete’s drop-down list at the top left-hand side of your screen find the athlete you want.
  2. Go to their Calendar, click on the Library to the left
  3. Find the pre-build workout you prefer and Save it on the preferred date.
