With ScienceTraining you’re able to have your workout activity automatically uploaded in your profile only if you’re using one of the following fitness tracking devices:

If, for any reason, you need to manually upload your workout activity, you may do so using “*.fit” files. “Fit” files keep track of your physical activity during a run, a bike or a swim workout, as you’re using a sports device.

Cases you may need to manually upload workout activity

  • You’re using a sports device other than the ones we currently support such as Fitbit, Apple Watch, COROS etc.

  • You have workouts that are no longer available on the device you have connected with Sciencetraining.

  • You noticed that a workout has not been uploaded on your ScienceTraining calendar.

To manually upload your workouts, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your Calendar and click on the Upload file at the top right-hand of your screen.

Step 2: On the pop-up window just click on the File input field, navigate to your folders and files, find the “*.fit” file you want to upload and click Open.

Note: The size of the “*.fit” file should be 2.5MB max

Step 3: Once you’ve found the file you want to upload, click on Submit to complete the uploading process.

Once you’ve successfully uploaded your workout activity, you may navigate through your calendar to find it.

By clicking on the workout you’ve just uploaded, you may review a summary of the workout you have performed.

By clicking on the Analyze symbol at the bottom left-hand corner of the window, you’ll be able to view all the details of your workout.
