The Integrated Payments feature allows you to conveniently and securely pay your coach for the services they provide to you, through your ScienceTraining athlete account. 

2 important points to note before we get started with this guide

  1. When your coach sets up the plan and fee you agreed upon, you’ll receive a notification through your ScienceTraining account — as well as an email informing you about it.

  2. In the one-off fees, the invoice is automatically created and you can pay it on the spot. In the recurring fees, the invoice is issued five days before the payment due date. This provides you with ample time to complete the payment process.


Now, let's move on to the steps you need to follow:

Step 1:  Go to the “Payments” page

Log in to your ScienceTraining athlete account and click on the “Payment” tab, at the top of your screen. You’ll be directed to the Payments page, where you can view and manage your payments. On this page, you’ll find the amount* that you are required to pay to your coach.




*Note: The pending fee is displayed in a distinct grey color. This will help you to easily identify the payment that requires your attention and action, distinguishing it from the payments that you have already completed.

Step 2: Follow the “Pay now” link

To get started with the payment process, simply click on the "Pay now" link under the “Actions” section, at the right end of the row. 

Step 3: Enter your card details to proceed with the payment

You’ll be immediately redirected to a secure payment gateway powered by Stripe, where you’ll need to provide the necessary information. This typically includes your email, and your card details, such as the card number, expiration date, CVC code, etc. 
    
Enter your card details carefully into the designated fields on the form. Take a minute to make sure that the information you provided is accurate to avoid any transaction issues.


After reviewing the details and you’re ready to proceed, click on the "Pay" button located at the bottom of the form.

Step 4: Download your receipt

After successfully completing the payment process, you can download your receipt by following these steps:


  • Return to your ScienceTraining athlete account.

  • Navigate to the “Payment” page, where you initially accessed the payment details.

  • Look for the specific payment transaction for which you want to obtain the receipt.

  • Find the option to download the receipt, at the right end of the row, under the “Actions” section.

  • Click on the appropriate link to download and save the receipt for future reference.
